I knew I could count on their safety protocols. While I had the option to make an appointment online, they were running 3 days out, so I tried my luck, and walked in. I knew better, and went to Pro-Health immediately. Understandably, as some of my symptoms overlapped w COViD 19 symptoms (severe headache, dizziness, nausea), she asked me to go to a (different) urgent care instead.
I had called my primary for an appointment, thinking I had a severe sinus infection. Even in these crazy times, the facility was, as always, clean, dependable and filled w caring employees. I cannot express how grateful I am to have this ProHealth facility nearby. Thank you, PM Pediatrics!!! So greatful to you guys! + More Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected.

Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse).

I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. They work thoroughly and explain very well. This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring.
